The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noaa.gov\/index.html\">National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA)<\/a> has released their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noaanews.noaa.gov\/stories2009\/20091015_winteroutlook.html\">winter outlook report<\/a> highlighting the effects of the latest <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esrl.noaa.gov\/psd\/enso\/\">El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO)<\/a> event.  Not sure what ENSO is all about? The below animation shows what happens to ocean water temperatures and heights in the Pacific Ocean during an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esrl.noaa.gov\/psd\/enso\/\">ENSO<\/a> event.
